Campurkan gula dan serbuk kayu hitam dengan menggunakan api yang kecil. Selain sedap, senang je nak buat. Tak perlu nak berhempas pulas kat dapur. Tahu-tahu dah boleh makan dah..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan-Bahan diperlukan :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Untuk puding:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- telur 5 biji&lt;br /&gt;- 6 sudu gula&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sudu makan Esen Vanilla&lt;br /&gt;- 3/4 tin susu cair&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sudu tepung kastard&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Untuk Caramel (gula hangus):&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cawan gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cawan air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Sediakan gula hangus. &lt;span style="font-family: georgia;font-family:Verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Sediakan pengukus. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;font-family:Verdana;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Masukkan kesemua bahan utk puding ke dalam blender,dan blend sehingga hancur &amp;amp; larut. Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang &amp;amp; kukus sehingga masak. Basuh dan bilas dengan air bersih dan toskan.&lt;br /&gt;5-10 ulas bawang kecil&lt;br /&gt;3 ulas bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;1 biji tomato (di potong 4)&lt;br /&gt;2 batang serai&lt;br /&gt;2 biji bawang besar (di potong 4)&lt;br /&gt;4 sudu besar cili giling *boleh lebihkan kalau nak pedas&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu kecil pes asam jawa&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar sos cili &amp;amp; sos tomato&lt;br /&gt;Garam dan gula&lt;br /&gt;Minyak masak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara menyedia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1. Tumbuk lumat bawang kecil dan bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan minyak atas api sederhana. Tumiskan bawang yang di tumbuk tadi.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan cili giling dan biarkan seketika agar cili masak.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan tomato dan bawang besar yang telah di potong 4.&lt;br /&gt;5. Ketuk serai dan masukkan ke dalam tumisan.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan sos cili, sos tomato dan pes asam jawa. Kalau agak kering boleh masukkan sedikit air.&lt;br /&gt;7. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula ikut kesukaan masing-masing.&lt;br /&gt;8. Masukkan lala dan tutup periuk seketika (dalam 3 hingga 5 minit)&lt;br /&gt;9. Lepas 3 hingga 5 minit, buka tutup periuk dan gaul rata lala. Cili kering&lt;br /&gt;4. Kunyit hidup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara-cara menghasilkan Ikan Asam Pedas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Semua bahan dikisar, boleh gak kalau nak tambah belacan *&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;which i will do&lt;/span&gt;* Tapi terserah lah.. Pastu tumis bahan kisar tu. Pecahkan halia skit (dalam 1 inci) dan tumis sekali..tambah lah garam secukup rasa. Tambah la serbuk perasa skit. Tumis kasik lama skit, biar garing skit cili tu. Time ni masukkan la daun kesum, bunga kantan. Boleh juga nak tambah tomato ke, bendi ke..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Pastu masukkan air asam jawa.. jangan pekat sgt, nanti terlebih masam. Bila dah masak blender isi ikan bersama air rebusan. Masukkan dlm periuk.&lt;br /&gt;Then blend tulang ikan bersama air rebusan tadi. Tapiskan dan campur dengan isi ikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Bawang besar, Bawang merah (kecil)&lt;br /&gt;2. Sedikit cili kering&lt;br /&gt;3. Belacan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Semua bahan kat atas diblender. Kemudian masukkan dlam ikan yang di blend tadi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan bunga kantan, asam keping, dan daun kesum dalam campuran tadi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kacau sehingga masak. Tumis kayu manis, bunga cengkih dan bawang. Then masukkan lemak ayam&lt;br /&gt;2. Lepas tu masukkan rempah kurma&lt;br /&gt;3. Lepas tu masukkan air, then kacang tanah&lt;br /&gt;4. Kacau2 and let it cooked.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Kicap Hitam &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gunakan lebihan bahan ramuan ayam tadi. Ketuk halia dan bawang putih. Then tumis. Didihkan air dalam periuk besar then masak/rebus mee sphagetti. Masukkan tomato sekali, bla kulit di dah tercabut, sejuk kan dan cincang tomato tu.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kemudian tumis bawang putih (yang dicincang halus), then masukkan bawang besar. Masak sampai layu. Then masukkan daging ayang kisar.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kemudian masukkan tomato yang dicincang ngan cendawan butang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Goreng sampai kekuningan. Kemudian masukkan pulak udang basah, goreng2 lagi sampai udang tu masak.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pastu masuk kan pula bahan-bahan yang dah digoreng terdahulu td. Gaulkan semua bahan tu. Masuk kan suhun pulak.&lt;br /&gt;3. Dan last sekali masukkan sayur kacang panjang ngan kobis yang dihiris kecil lak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Goreng lah sampai masak. Jangan lupa letak garam, boleh jugak nak tambah kicap atau sos ikan.
